Dus moet ook de verhuurder Stay-inc er rekening mee houden dat er dingen zullen veranderen als het plan uitgevoerd gaat worden en de verbouwing start. .
Het is bekend dat de laagbouw van Cantershoef gesloopt gaat worden en vervangen wordt door een nieuwe supermarkt en een blok van 4 etages woningen op een plint van een nieuwe drogisterij naast de bestaande bergingen.
En daar zit hem nu juist de crux. Want, Stay-inc wil de laagbouwwoningen nu niet meer voor onbepaalde tijd verhuren aan senioren, maar doet dat steeds voor een tijdelijke periode aan, bijvoorbeeld, expats. En zo’n tijdelijk koppel is afgelopen week verblijd met een zoon, Jesva!
